A partnership, not a prescription
The RenewaNation Christian School Renewal program was established to improve the strength and sustainability of Christian schools so they can become thriving, God-centered schools.
We partner with schools that are either struggling or have a passion to improve and grow, walking together through a 3-phase process of assessment, strategic planning, and implementation. The journey typically spans two to three years as we coach and guide your team in the processes and tools needed to expand your opportunity to reach the next generation with a thoroughly biblical worldview education.
The 3-phase renewal process
A proven sequence — honest assessment, strategic planning, and coached implementation — carried out alongside your team over two to three years.

Assessment Process
Using a structured approach with proven tools from both education and industry, we assess every facet of your Christian school. We identify critical gaps, measure the school's current state against known best practices, and pinpoint the most significant opportunities for improvement. This assessment becomes the initial feed for phase two.

Strategic Deployment
RenewaNation staff guide your school through the planning process and the development of a strategic deployment plan. Where significant gaps or opportunities emerge, we may bring in partnerships with subject-matter experts in Christian education to address them during implementation.

Implementation
With assessment and planning complete, your school forms tiger teams to tackle the identified gaps and opportunities. Each team leader meets regularly with their RenewaNation coach by video conference. This coaching spans 24–36 months — ensuring the strategic deployment plan actually gets implemented.
The frameworks behind the process
These models serve as the basis for both RenewaNation's Christian School Revitalization and Christian School Startup programs. Stability for each pillar rests on the strength and submission of its foundation.
