Why a Legacy Gift

Faithfulness that echoes for generations

As RenewaNation works alongside families, churches, and schools to give children a biblical worldview, we are equipping a generation to defend their faith and proclaim God's truth in the communities where they live.

Thousands of children's lives have already been impacted for Christ — and God is leading toward a future where millions more gain the opportunity to develop a biblical worldview. Your planned gift lays foundation stones for that exponential impact.

Options for Giving

More ways to build your legacy

Many assets — not just cash — can become a gift that gives children a biblical worldview, often with meaningful tax advantages.

Stock & securities

Gifts of stock or investment securities held for more than a year can be eligible for a full market-value tax deduction — while avoiding capital gains tax on any appreciated value.

Retirement assets

Tax-deferred accounts such as a 401(k), 403(b), profit sharing, or pension plan can be an excellent way to give. At 59½ or older, a portion can be gifted today without tax penalty — or name RenewaNation as a beneficiary and avoid estate and income taxes upon your passing.

Wills & estates

Naming RenewaNation in your will or living trust lets you leave a legacy beyond your lifetime — while keeping full control of your assets as long as you live.

Charitable gift annuities

Exchange a gift of cash or securities for fixed lifetime income for you (and a secondary beneficiary, if desired). A large portion is deductible as a charitable gift, and the remaining balance ultimately advances the mission.

Business interests

Gifts of partial or full interests in a business, inventory, commodities, or other business assets can provide substantial tax savings.

Real estate

Real estate owned for more than a year — homes, land, business or rental property that is marketable and free of environmental concerns — may qualify for a full market-value deduction while avoiding capital gains tax.
